Every CHAOS piece starts the same way: a blank canvas. Before color. Before graphics. Before identity. We develop every garment completely in white - stripped back to its purest technical form. Because performance should never hide behind style.
Built as a 15-piece system, the collection focuses on what truly matters: ultralight fabrics, precise fits, maximum packability, intelligent storage, and robust high-performance materials engineered for thousands of kilometers on the bike. Every detail exists for a reason. Nothing excessive. Nothing decorative.
Only once performance, fit, and function are uncompromisingly perfected does the next step begin.
Most pieces are individually garment-dyed in Italy. Instead of dyeing fabric before production, each garment is dyed only once fully constructed - allowing color to interact directly with seams, panels, textures, and construction details. The result is depth, variation, and character impossible to achieve with traditional fabric dyeing.
No two pieces will ever look exactly the same. Slight shifts in tone, texture, and fading make every garment unique from the start - and the story continues with every ride, every wash, and every kilometre in the saddle as the fabric develops its own evolving patina over time.
Working this way also changes how we produce. We only dye what we actually make - reducing excess stock, unnecessary waste, and overproduction from the start.
Over nearly two years, the Summer ’26 collection was tested across more than 20,000 kilometers of bikepacking trips, self-supported races, rough weather, sleepless nights, and long days in the saddle.

CHAOS CYCLING COLLECTIVE was founded by Fabian Tinnirello, Patrick Peritz, Andi Speck, and Raul Serrat - four friends brought together by riding, design, culture, and a shared obsession for creating products that truly matter.
Built between Swiss precision and Italian craftsmanship, CHAOS creates performance cycling apparel for riders chasing more than finish lines - from self-supported ultra-distance races to gravel loops close to home.
Fabian brings decades of experience from the global sports and lifestyle industry. Patrick combines a deep understanding of product and design with technical sportswear expertise. Raul has spent nearly three decades shaping the Swiss creative industry through communication and visual culture. Andi brings deep roots in skateboarding, photography, and street culture.
Together, these different backgrounds shape CHAOS into what it is today - a cycling brand built through performance, culture, creativity, and real riding experience.
But CHAOS was never built in meeting rooms.
It was built through thousands of kilometers on the bike. Through sleepless nights, bad weather, wrong turns, bikepacking trips, and self-supported races that push both rider and equipment to the limit. Every product we create is shaped by real experiences on the road - tested, refined, destroyed, rebuilt, and ridden again.
We believe performance and aesthetics should never compete. Technical products can still carry soul, character, and emotion. That’s why every CHAOS piece is developed with the same mindset: uncompromising function, timeless design, and durability built for years - not seasons.
